CANNONAU DI SARDEGNA DOC
Timbenia contains the magic of the most representative grape of Sardinia, a wine that carries within itself the soul and flavor of a unique island; to be tasted carefully, to start a splendid journey. The name Timbenia derives from Sant’Imbenia, an ancient Nuragic village located in the Porto Conte Park, near the vineyards we cultivate. Here, about 1000 years before Christ (between the 4th and 10th centuries BC) wines were already marketed by the Phoenicians and local populations; a testimony of how, in Alghero and Sardinia, wine is history.
