Akènta Day: the great celebration of Akènta, the great event of the emergence of Akènta Sub, the underwater wine of Sardinia.
The waters of the Porto Conte Bay in Alghero will host a unique event, the hottest party of the summer!
An appointment that contains many different experiences: on the morning of Saturday 16 July many boats will set sail together from the port of Alghero for a cruise that will allow you to see the spectacular emergence of the Underwater Cellar, with a team of divers and a helicopter!
After the emergence and the many toasts to celebrate it, space for relaxation and lunch on the boats. Then off to the fun: each boat will host a DJ set and Akènta Day will turn into the largest boat party in Sardinia!

PROGRAM
10.30 am: MEETING IN THE PORT OF ALGHERO AND DEPARTURE
On the morning of Saturday 16 July a fleet of boats will depart from the port of Alghero (Banchina Dogana) and will allow all participants to observe the emergence of the underwater cellar. From 10.30 the Akènta Day Kits will be delivered to the participants, available in the boats to which they have been assigned. Immediately after, we will set sail to witness the emergence of the underwater cellar.
About 12.30 pm: UNDERWATER CELLAR EMERSION, TOAST AND APERITIF
Emergence of the Underwater Cellar: you will see a team of divers at work, together with a helicopter! A unique show.
An aperitif will be organized on the boats with a toast at the time of emergence.
About 1.30 pm: LUNCH AND RELAX
The boats will then move to a quiet bay in the Porto Conte area where a stop will be made for diving, relaxation and a lunch break, with new toasts.
From about 3:00 pm: DJ SET ON THE SEA + BOAT PARTY
In the afternoon each boat will host a DJ set, to have fun all together between music and dancing.
A unique cruise (the underwater cellar of Cantina Santa Maria La Palma is the only one in the world that can be seen emerging with a public event) that will allow you to experience an experience of great fun, under the banner of the Akènta.
Approximately 6.30 pm: RETURN TO THE PORT OF ALGHERO
Participating in Akènta Day will allow you to see the emergence of the Akènta Sub underwater cellar firsthand, observing a spectacle that is unique in the world.
Akènta Day was born in 2016 and is a bigger and bigger party. Come and experience a unique event and an extraordinary emotion: it will be the hottest party of the summer in Sardinia!
