RECÒNTA
CAGNULARI RISERVA
Recònta represents the excellence of Cagnulari di Alghero. Each bottle comes from a careful selection of Cagnulari clusters and contains the maximum expression of these grapes.
The bunches are harvested by hand in the last week of September. The process of fermentation and maceration on the skins is followed by aging in French oak barriques from the Allier forests to give life to a full-bodied, balanced, spicy wine, with a full taste with silky and long tannins. A wine for connoisseurs and for those who want to discover new excellences.
