SAUVIGNON ALGHERO DOC
Estìu is a pure Sauvignon, produced from vines that grow in the countryside of Alghero. A vine – Sauvignon Blanc – with an international soul that has found a home in the northwest of Sardinia: a real challenge that the territory we cultivate has been able to grasp, and win.
To make this wine even more “local,” we gave it a name in Alghero’s language: Estìu, meaning Summer. This wine has a straw-yellow color with light greenish reflections; it is aromatic, has a fresh scent, with hints of citrus and sage, and is delicate and mineral on the finish.
Produced in a limited number of bottles, it is a wine that has summer in it, starting with its name. And it is ready to fascinate and conquer, as only Sardinia in summer can do.
